# How can I change/assign vehicle from outside the tray box

### Steps:

1. Open the web portal and log in.

2. Navigate to the **"Operation"** tab, then select the **"Tray"** sub-tab. Click on the **"+"** button.

3. Navigate to the **Tray box** where you want to assign a vehicle.

4. Click on **vehicle** dropdown.

5. Select a vehicle from the list of available vehicles.

Note that some vehicles have driver names listed in brackets, such as 'Vehicle-01 (DriverName),' which means they are assigned to specific drivers. If there is no driver name shown, like 'Vehicle_02,' it indicates that the vehicle is not assigned to any driver.
