# How can I view the "failed" orders list

This guide offers a quick overview of how can I view the "failed" orders under the dispatching tab.

### Steps:

1. Open the web-portal and log in.

2. Navigate to the **Dispatching** tab and click on it.

3. Go to the top right, and there you can see the dropdown with the default selected option of **Unassigned (value).**

4. Click on the **dropdown**.

5. All **Unassigned Orders** list is showing.

6. Select "Failed (value)" option from list.

7. **Failed** orders list box is displayed.

|| Right now, there are no orders, which is why it's showing as empty. You can see the count as "(0)" with the failed option, and this count indicates how many orders are located under that list
