# How can I view the "Unresolved" orders list

This guide offers a quick overview of how can I view the "Unresolved" orders under the dispatching tab.

### Steps:

1. Open the web-portal and log in.

2. Navigate to the **Dispatching** tab and click on it.

3. Go to the top right, and there you can see the dropdown with the default selected option of **Unassigned (value).**

4. Click on the **dropdown**.

5. All **Unassigned Orders** list is showing.

6. Select **Unresolved (value)** option from list.

7. **Unresolved** orders list box is displayed.
