# How to add custom fields during order creation

This article explains how to add a custom field to the order creation page.

**Introduction:**

Dropboy allows you to add new fields to include additional information in your order. Follow the steps below to learn how to add a custom field.

### Steps

1. Open the web portal and log in.

2. Navigate to the **Orders** tab.

3. Click on the **Plus** button.

4. **Order Creation form** will open. Scroll down to find the **'Add your own custom data'** section.

5. Enter the **field name**.

6. Choose your **field type**.

7. Click on the **Add field** Button.
