# How to assign orders to a vehicle from the 'Unassigned Orders' using the drag-and-drop feature

This guide offers a quick overview of how to assign orders to a vehicle from the 'Unassigned Orders' list using the drag-and-drop feature.

### Steps:

1. Open the web portal and log in.

2. Navigate to the **Dispatching** tab and click on it.

3. Click on the **filters** dropdown.

4. Click on any **Unassigned Orders** list where you want to **select an order for assigning** to a vehicle.

5. For example, if you choose the **'Unassigned'** order list, you need to click on that option.

6. The **'Unassigned'** orders **list** will be opened.

7. Position your **cursor** over the **order detail area**.

8. Click and hold the **'order'** to move the vehicles list, and **assign any vehicle** where you want.

9. **Release** your click on that **vehicle**. The order will be **assigned** to that **vehicle**. E.g **'DB_Vehicle_01'**

10. The order you assigned is **displayed** in the **'Tasks List'**.
