# How to change 'Hub Location' for a vehicle as default

This guide offers a quick overview of how to set or change 'Hub location' for a vehicle as default.

**Introduction:**

Dropboy offers a feature to set or change default 'Hub location' for a vehicle. This is useful at the vehicle level, as it eliminates the need to set these locations daily under the dispatching tab.

### Steps:

1. Open the web portal and log in.

2. Navigate to the **Settings** tab, then select the **vehicles** sub-tab.

3. Choose the **vehicle** that you want to set up **'Hub location'**. This depends on your **vehicle list**.

4. For example, **'Demo_Vehicle_005'**. Click **anywhere** within the **vehicle area**.

5. The **vehicle details** screen will be opened.

6. There are **four edit icons** available and a **driver dropdown**.

7. Observe **'Hub location'** under **'Hub and trip locations'** and click the **third edit icon** to **change** it.

8. The **'Hub and trip locations'** form will be opened.

9. Click on the **'Preferred Hub'** dropdown.

10. Your **'preferred Hub locations'** are displayed,

11. Choose the **location** you want to **change **the **'Hub location'** to default. e.g **Dropboy_WareHouse_ Start-Location_02**

12. Click on the **save** button.

13. After saving, confirm under the **'Hub and trip locations'** area. The **'Hub location'** will be updated.

||| Remmeber: All locations such as Hub, Start, and End Point Location could be the same. There's no issue with selecting the same location. You need to understand these different concepts and select locations according to your vehicle or driver preference.
