# How to edit company details and settings

This guide offers a quick overview of how to edit company details.

|| To edit company details and settings, you need to have the [Admin](#) user role. If you don't have this role, please contact the [Admin](#) user for further assistance.

### Steps:

1. Open the web portal and log in.

2. Navigate to the **Settings** tab, then select the **Company** sub-tab. There are five section needs to put information.

3.  There are three edit icons available and **App Preference** enable/disable buttom.

4. Click on the **first edit icon** to add/update company details such as the company logo, comany address/contact details, company banner, company name, company description and **save** the changes.

5. Click on the **second edit** icon to change the module. You can select one of these options: Transportbuyer, Transportbuyer with fleet, or Hauler. Save the changes.

6. You can enable or disable the following **app preferences** options: Picture required, GPS tracking enforced, and Delivery sequence enforced.

7. Click on the **fourth edit** icon to update/remove the template of Trace and Track brand's background color and save the changes.

8. Click on the **fifth edit** icon to update/remove the template of Trace and Track brand's logo and save the changes.
