# How to enable or disable auto assign option

This guide offers a quick overview of how to enable or disable auto assign option.

**Introduction:**

Dropboy offers a feature to enable or disable the auto-assign function. Disabling this option will prevent your tray from automatic assignments. Enabling it means that the tray will follow the chosen settings for automatic assignment. Check out this article to learn how to enable or disable the auto-assign option.

### Steps:

1. Open the web portal and log in.

2. Navigate to the **"Operation"** tab, then select the **"Tray"** sub-tab. Click on the **"+"** button.

3. Navigate to the **Tray box** where you want to assign a vehicle.

4. Click on the **Auto assign** option to turn it on or off.
