# How to enable the 'task list' of a vehicle for 'Choose trip' role vehicles

This guide offers a quick overview of how to enable the 'task list' of a vehicle for 'Choose trip' role vehicles.

**Introduction:**

Dropboy provides a feature to enable the 'task list' of a vehicle for vehicles with the 'Choose trip' role. This is helpful when, for example, Vehicle A has the 'Choose trip' role and no tasks assigned. In this case, they can view your vehicle B or any other vehicle for which you have enabled this feature. ### Steps:

1. Open the web portal and log in.

2. Navigate to the **Settings** tab, then select the **vehicles** sub-tab.

3. Choose the **vehicle** that you want to enable **'task list'**. This depends on your **vehicle list**.

4. For example, **'Demo_Vehicle_001'**. Click **anywhere** within the **vehicle area**.

5. The **vehicle details** screen will be opened.

6. There are **four edit icons** available and a **driver dropdown**.

7. Click on the **third edit icon** for **'Hub and trip locations'**.

8. The **'Hub and trip locations'** form will be opened.

9. Select the **checkbox** for **'Make visible for drives with the role "Choose trip"'**.

10. Click on the **save** button.

11. After **saving**, you can **confirm** that under **'Hub and trip locations'**, the **'Make visible for drives with the role "Choose trip"'** value will change to **'The route can be selected'**

||| Sign in with the **driver account** that has the **'Choose trip'** role and **no tasks** assigned, and go to the **task list**. There is a button that, when clicked, shows a list of vehicles for which you have enabled this checkbox.
