# How to enter data into Mini Version XLS file

### Steps:

1. Open the web portal and log in.

2. You will be redirected to the dashboard page.

3. Click on the menu icon to open the menu sidebar, which displays all tabs along with their associated text and icons.

> To access the tabs, you can either click directly on the icon or first click on the menu icon and then select a tab.

4. Navigate to the Operations tab and click on it. This will open up a sub-tabs.

5. From the sub-menu,  click on the "Upload Orders". You will then be redirected to the "Upload Orders" page.

6. Click on the Mini Version file to download it.

7. Open the downloaded file, fill data in the sheet, and save it. Your file is ready to be uploaded for placing orders.
