# How to enter profile details

This guide offers a quick overview of how to enter profile details.

### Steps:

* Open the web portal and log in.

* Click on the **profile icon**.

* Click on the **'My Profile' **option.

* You will be navigated to the 'My Profile' page.

* Click on the **edit icon** located in the profile details section to open the** Profile details form**.

1. Click on the **camera icon** and select the desired picture from your device.

|| Note:** Company email address** and your assigned **company phone number** are not changeable.

2. If desired, update your **name** in the "Name" field.
3. Enter your **address** in the 'Street', 'Postcode', and 'City' fields.
4. Enter your **private phone number** in the 'prefix' and 'phone number' fields.
5. Enter your** private email address** in 'email' field
6. Click on the **save** button to save the changes.
