# How to enter valid data under 'Cargo items'

This article explains the purpose and how to enter information about the items being shipped.

### Steps:

1. **Items** (Enter the number of items you are shipping)

2. **Type** (Select the type of item you are shipping)

3. **Description** (Add a description of your items )

4. **Total weight** (Enter the weight of the item(s) being shipped)

5. **Length** (Enter the length of the item)

6. **Width** (Enter the width of the item)

7. **Height** (Enter the height of the item)

8. **Total volume** (Enter the total volume of the item)

9. **Product nr** (Enter a unique number to easily search and identify your order in the system)

10. **Barcode** (Enter the barcode of the item)

11. **Services** (Choose the services that you would like to be provided for the item)

12. **Add Cargo Line button** (Click to add more items to the order and fill in the details as with the first item.)
