# How to get orders list for all vehicles via email for a month

This guide offers a quick overview of how to get orders list for all vehicles via email for a month.

**Introduction:**

Dropboy offers a feature to obtain an Excel sheet containing the list of all vehicle orders for a month. This enables you to view all assigned orders for the current date by downloading and checking the Excel sheet. Let's learn how to get the Excel sheet for a month via email.

### Steps:

1. Open the web portal and log in.

2. Navigate to the **Dispatching** tab and click on it.

3. Click on the **three dots additional setting**.

4. Click on **Export all task lists**.

5. Enter the **email address** where you want to receive the order list.

|| **Note:** If you leave the email field empty, your profile email will be used, assuming you are logged in.

6. Select the **'by_month'** option.

7. Choose the **year** and **month** from the dropdown menu.

8. Click on **CONFIRM** button.

|| **Note:** It may take some time, depending on the list's length, and then you will receive an Excel sheet via email.
