# How to manage order assignments and unassign from 'Trays', 'Vehicles', or 'Routing Rules' in a single popup

**Introduction:**

Dropboy provides a feature to assign orders to vehicles, trays, or routing rules or unassign from a single popup. Let's learn how to assign orders.

### Steps:

1. Open the **web-portal** and log in.

2. Navigate to the **Orders** tab.

3. Use **filters** to **narrow down orders** or view the **full** order list.

4. Select the **orders** you want to **assign** or choose the **entire page** at once.

5. Click **'Three Dot Menu Icon'**.

6. The **menu options** list will be **Shown**.

7. Click on the **'Assign'** option.

8. **'Assign to'** popup will be **displayed**.

9. Select one **option** based on your **preference**:

|| **Click on Unassign:** The orders will be unassigned.

|| **Click on Tray:** The tray dropdown will appear. Choose the tray to assign it.

|| **Click on Vehicle:** The vehicle dropdown will appear. Select the vehicle and date to assign the vehicle for the selected date.

|| **Click Send to Routing:** The orders will be sent to the routing rule.

10. Click **Apply** to assign the **selected orders** to the **chosen** option.
