# How to manually assign orders from a tray box

Dropboy offers a feature that allows you to manually assign a vehicle from the tray box. If you've set a specific time for a tray, it will be assigned automatically after the specified time has passed. However, for situations where you need to quickly assign all the orders in a tray, this manual assignment feature can be quite handy. Follow this article to learn how to manually assign orders from a tray box.

### Steps:

1. Open the web portal and log in.

2. Navigate to the **"Operation"** tab, then select the **"Tray"** sub-tab. Click on the **"+"** button.

3. Navigate to the **Tray box** where you want to assign a vehicle.

4. Click on **Assign now** button.

|| After clicking the 'Assign Now' button, all the orders within the tray will be assigned to a vehicle.
