# How to manually assign orders from trays to a vehicle with a single click

This guide offers a quick overview of how to manually assign orders from trays to a vehicle with a single click.

**Introduction:**

Dropboy provides a feature that allows you to manually assign orders to a vehicle from a tray with a single click, saving you time and enabling you to assign multiple orders to a vehicle with just one click.

### Steps:

1. Open the web portal and log in.

2. Navigate to the **"Operation"** tab, then select the **"Tray"** sub-tab.

3. Hover your cursor over the checkboxes of the trays for selection.

> Ensure trays are assigned to a vehicle/driver. if not, select a vehicle/driver from the unassigned dropdown.

4. Select desired tray checkboxes for assignment(After checkboxes selection **Assign selected trays** button enables and displays **tray count**.

5. Click on the **Assign selected trays** button to assign (All selected trays orders will be assign to the assigned vehicle/driver)
