# How to move orders from 'Trays' to the 'Unassigned' or any other 'Trays' using drag and drop

This guide offers a quick overview of how to move orders from 'Trays' to the 'Unassigned' lists using drag and drop.

**Introduction:**

Dropboy offers a feature that allows you to move orders from the 'Trays' to the 'Unassigned' or any other 'Trays' using a drag-and-drop feature.

### Steps:

1. Open the web-portal and log in.

2. Navigate to the **Dispatching** tab and click on it.

3. Click on the **Unassigned Orders** list dropdown.

4. Click on any different **'Trays'** lists. Let say i choose 'MANDAY'.

6. The **'MANDAY Tray'** orders **list** will be opened.

|| Currently, I have only one order in the 'Failed' list, but in your case, you may have multiple, making the list longer.

7. Position your **cursor** over the **order detail area**.

8. Click and hold the **'order'** to move the 'Unassigned' or any others 'Trays' list. **Release** your click on that filter.

> The order has now been moved from 'Trays' list to 'Unassigned' ;ist using the drag-and-drop feature.
