# How to open the trays form

This guide offers a quick overview of how to open the trays form for creating a tray and gain a understanding of different conditions and options.

Dropboy offers a tray feature to automate your order assignment process based on conditions and options. To utilize this feature, you'll need to open and complete the tray form. In this article, you will learn how to open the tray form and understand the available conditions and options.

### Steps:

1. Open the web portal and log in.

2. Navigate to the **"Operation"** tab, then select the **"Tray"** sub-tab. Click on the **"+"** button.

3. The **'Create tray'** form is now visible.

|| The tray form is divided into **Name**, four different **conditions** and **Assign to** option. 
|| Fill out the form to create tray. **Note:** You have the flexibility to apply a single condition or combine multiple condition while creating tray.

# Name Field:
