# How to print bills for one or multiple orders

**This guide offers a quick overview of how to print bills for one or multiple orders.**

**Introduction:**

Dropboy offers a feature to print bills for one or more orders with a single click. Bills provide complete order details. Multiple orders can be printed in separate files, each containing details based on your selected number of orders.

### Steps:

1. Open the **web-portal** and log in.

2. Navigate to the **Orders** tab.

3. Select the **orders** you want to **print bills**  or choose the **entire page** at once.

4. Click **'Three Dot Menu Icon'**.

5. The **menu options** list will be **Shown**.

6. Click on the **'Print freight bill'** option.

7. A **new** **tab** will open, **initially** showing an **empty** page.

8. Scroll down to **view** the **prints**. Click **save** button.

9. Click **Save**, name the file, and **save** it as a **PDF**.
