# How to remove connection from network detail screen

This guide offers a quick overview of how to remove connection from network detail screen.

**Introduction:**

Dropboy provides the option to disconnect from either an Order Monitoring Company or a Logistic Company at any time. When you disconnect from one side, all contracts are automatically declined, and the order forwarding/receiving process stops. These steps apply to both order monitoring and logistic companies. Follow the steps below to remove the connection.

### Steps:

1. Open the web portal and log in.

2. Navigate to the **Settings** tab, then select the **Network** sub-tab.

3. The option **My private network** is selected by default.

4. Click **anywhere** within the network area.

5. Click on the **'Remove connection'** button.

6. A confirmation popup will appear. Click on the 'Accept' button. **Note**: After accepting, you will no longer** receive** or **forward **orders.
