# How to search orders by 'creator' for all 'Unassigned Orders' list

This guide offers a quick overview of how to search orders by 'creator' for all 'Unassigned Orders' list.

**Introduction:**

Dropboy offers an advanced search feature where you can search for orders based on the creator's 'company name.' This is very useful when you want to view all orders from various 'Unassigned Orders' list only based on the creator's 'company name.'

### Steps:

1. Open the web-portal and log in.

2. Navigate to the **Dispatching** tab and click on it.

3. Click on the **Advance Search** icon.

4. **Advance Search** window popup is opened.

5. Click on the **Search** dropdown.

6. Choose **'Creator'** under the **Actors** section.

7. Input field becomes **enabled**.

8. Enter the accurate creator company name. **For example**: 'Logistic Company' name is the order creator.

9. **Add button** becomes **enabled**. Click on the **Add button**.

10. The **input text** displayed with the **chosen option**.

11. Click on the **Apply** button.

|| **Remember:** If the creator's company name is updated, old orders can only be searched by the old company name. New company names will not search for those orders.
