# How to send any 'Unassigned Orders' lists to routing rules

This guide offers a quick overview of how to send any 'Unassigned Orders' lists to routing rules.

**Introduction:**

Dropboy offers a feature that allows you to send orders from the any 'Unassigned Orders' list to routing rules using a drag-and-drop feature.

### Steps:

1. Open the web portal and log in.

2. Navigate to the **Dispatching** tab and click on it.

3. Click on the **filters** dropdown.

4. Click on any **Unassigned Orders** list. e,g **'Unresloved'**.

5. The **'Unresloved'** orders **list** will be opened.

6. Select the **checkboxes **for the orders you want to move.

||| You can select one order or multiple orders for sending.

7. Click on the **three dots** icon.

8. Click on **Send to routing rules** option.
