# How to view 'Track and trace' of a specific order

**This guide offers a quick overview of how to view 'Track and trace' of a specific order**

**Introduction:**

Dropboy offers a feature that allows you to track and trace orders on a single document page.

### Steps:

1. Open the web-portal and log in.

2. Navigate to the **Orders** tab.

3. Apply **filters** to **view filtered orders** or see the **complete** order list.

4. After **viewing** the **search** results, observe any **particular order teil** in the **order list** .

5. Click the **'Show Details'** button on any order (e.g. **'Demo-Hub-1'** ).

6. The **detail page** opens. Observe **'Order Details'** section. Two **'Track & Trace'** links **appear** . click **either** one.

7. A new tab **'Dropboy - Transport Summary'** opens in the browser.

8. Following **details** are **available** on **'Dropboy - Transport Summary'** :

9. Clicking the **'View Order Details'** button displays all **cargo items** .

10. Clicking the **'Show Details'** button displays all delivered **cargo items** .
