# Improved Failed Delivery Flow - Android

### Improved Failed Delivery Flow

Drivers are now guided through a clearer failed delivery process when a stop cannot be completed.

Instead of selecting from an unclear list of reasons, the driver can now choose the correct failed delivery reason in a more structured way before completing the stop. This helps ensure that the right reason code is selected, improves driver compliance, and keeps delivery data cleaner across the fleet.

1. Select the order.

2. Swipe for failed delivery.

3. Swipe to finalize the order.

4. You will be asked to select a reason.

5. If you want to change the reason, select the "Change" action button.
