# Navigation

## Navigation Overview

CAS uses a consistent layout across all pages: a fixed top header, a collapsible left sidebar for navigation, and a main content area on the right.

### Top Header

* **Hamburger icon (for tablets and iPads)** — toggle the sidebar open or collapsed
* **Page title** — shows the name of the current section
* **User avatar** — access your profile, change language and logout option

### Left Sidebar

* Items with arrows expand into sub-menus
* The active page is highlighted with a blue left border
* On mobile devices, the sidebar overlays the content and can be dismissed

### User Roles

| Role | Access |
| ---- |
| User | Access to storage, container management, and reports |
