# Why should I set the sequence of 'Tasks List'

The guide provides a quick overview of why, as a dispatcher, I should set the sequence of 'Tasks List'.

Imagine your driver's/vehicle **starting location is 'A,'** and **ending location is 'Z,'** but in the list, all **order sequences are not correct**. Means the **first order**, e.g., is at location 'Y,' and the **second order** is at location 'B.' Think about it; if the driver follows **unsequenced orders**, how much **time and resources** are wasted.

> As a **dispatcher**, you might think, **"Okay, I will set the sequence of orders manually. The first order will be near the driver's location, and so on, with the last order near the end location."**
