Use Dropboy Status
Use the Dropboy Status page to check whether Dropboy is working normally. If something is slow or not loading, look here first.
How to check the status
- Open the Dropboy Status page: https://dropboy.crisp.watch/en/
- Read the message at the top of the page.
- Check the list of Dropboy components below it.
You do not need to log in, and the page updates by itself.
What you will see
On the page | What it means |
|---|---|
Looks like everything is operating normally | Dropboy is working as expected. |
Refreshed time | When the page last checked the systems. Times are shown in UTC. |
Green check | The component is working normally |
The components
Each part of Dropboy has its own line, so you can see exactly what is affected.

Backend servers | The core servers behind Dropboy. |
Web servers | The servers that deliver the Dropboy web console. |
Tracking | The tracking service. |
Dropboy BI | The Dropboy BI dashboards |
Toolbox | The Dropboy Toolbox. |
If Dropboy is not working for you
If the page shows an issue: Dropboy already knows about it and is working on it. You do not need to report it. Check back later for updates.
If everything shows as operating normally: The problem may be limited to your device, network or account. Try again after a few minutes. If it continues, contact support.
