How to enable or hide pinpointed addresses of any 'Unassigned Orders' list on the map

This guide offers a quick overview of how to enable or hide pinpointed addresses of any 'Unassigned Orders' list on the map.

Introduction:

Dropboy offers a feature allowing you to view the locations of any complete 'Unassigned Orders' list using the 'Show on Map' feature. When enabled, this feature displays the locations of orders on the map, with the aid of characters, facilitating the identification of each order's specific location on the map.

Steps:

1. Open the web portal and log in.

2. Navigate to the Dispatching tab and click on it.

3. Click on the Unassigned Orders dropdown.

4. Click on any Unassigned Orders list you want to see on the map. e,g 'Failed'

5. The 'Failed' orders list will be opened.

Observe that every order has one alphabetical character.

6. Click on the three dots icon.

7. Click on Show on Map option.

8. The selected order list will be displayed on the map with these characters.

9. If you want to hide the characters again, click on the 'three dots' icon.

10. Click on the 'Hide on the map' option. The characters will be hidden from the map.
