How can I view the "failed" orders list

This guide offers a quick overview of how can I view the "failed" orders under the dispatching tab.

Steps:

Open the web-portal and log in.

If unfamiliar, follow this article: How to login in to the Dropboy web application

Navigate to the Dispatching tab and click on it.

Go to the top right, and there you can see the dropdown with the default selected option of Unassigned (value).

Click on the dropdown.

All Unassigned Orders list is showing.

Select "Failed (value)" option from list.

Failed orders list box is displayed.

What is the purpose of the 'Failed' list

Right now, there are no orders, which is why it's showing as empty. You can see the count as "(0)" with the failed option, and this count indicates how many orders are located under that list
