How to assign orders to another 'Vehicle' from the 'Tasks List' using the drag-and-drop feature

This guide offers a quick overview of how to assign orders to another vehicle from the 'Tasks List' using the drag-and-drop feature.


Steps:


  1. Open the web portal and log in.


If unfamiliar, follow this article: How to login in to the Dropboy web application


  1. Navigate to the Dispatching tab and click on it.



  1. Click on any vehicle under 'Vehicle List'. E.g 'DB_Vehicle_02'. The 'Tasks List' is showing.



  1. Select checkboxes of orders to assign to another vehicle, e.g., 'Demo-A2B-1' and 'Demo-A2B-2' tasks.



  1. Position your cursor over the any order detail area.



  1. Click and hold the 'order' to move the any vehicle.



  1. Release your click on that vehicle. The order will be assigned to that vehicle. E.g 'DB_Vehicle_04'



  1. The order you assigned is displayed in the 'Tasks List'.
