How to configure to get email/dropboy notifications for my assigned vehicle orders

This guide offers a quick overview of how to configure to get email/dropboy notifications for my assigned vehicle orders.


Introduction:


Dropboy offers notifications to keep drivers informed whenever an order is assigned to their vehicle. You can configure two types of notifications: Email notification and Dropboy web/mobile applications. However, you have the option to set up both notifications or just the Dropboy web and mobile application. If you do not want to receive notifications, you can follow this article to configure your notification settings.

Steps:



Open the web-portal and log in.


Click on the profile icon.



Click on the 'My Profile' option.



You will be navigated to the 'My Profile' page.



Click on the** edit icon** in the 'Language' section to open the Preferences.



The Preferences popup will open.



If you want to receive both email and Dropboy web/mobile applications notfication.



Choose "Always" option and select checkbox of "Always receive a notification when orders are assigned my assigned vehicle"



If you only want to receive Dropboy web/mobile applications notifications and not email notifications.



Choose "Never" option and select checkbox of "Always receive a notification when orders are assigned my assigned vehicle"
