How to enter company details and configure settings

This guide offers a quick overview of how to input company details and configure settings.

To configure company details and settings, you need to have the Admin user role. If you don't have this role, please contact the Admin user for further assistance.

Steps:



Open the web-portal and log in.


Navigate to the Settings tab, then select the Company sub-tab. There are five section needs to put information.



Click on the First edit icon to add company details such as the Company logo, Company banner, Company name, Company description, Street, Zip code, city, phone#, Company email address and save the changes.



Click on the Second edit icon to select modules. Refer to the article for more details Choosing modules and understanding their significance



Select App Preferences settings. Refer to the article for more details Understanding app preference settings



Click on Fourth edit icon. Then, click on "Pick color" and choose the desired color and save the changes. Refer to the article for more details Choosing the brand's background color for the track & trace template



Click on Fifth edit icon. Then, click on "Upload white lable logo" and choose the logo and save the changes. Refer to the article for more details Choosing the brand's logo for the track & trace template

Remember: The logo should be white label, meaning it should have a white background or be transparent without any colored backgrounds or borders.
