How to search orders by 'forwarder' for all 'Unassigned Orders' list

Introduction:


Dropboy offers an advanced search feature where you can search for orders based on the forwarder 'company name.' This is very useful when you want to view all orders from various 'Unassigned Orders' list only based on the forwarder 'company name.'

Steps:


  1. Open the web-portal and log in.

  1. Navigate to the Dispatching tab and click on it.



  1. Click on the Advance Search icon.



  1. Advance Search window popup is opened.



  1. Click on the Search dropdown.



  1. Choose 'forwarder' under the Actors section.



  1. Input field becomes enabled.



  1. Enter the accurate forwarder company name. For example: 'Forwarder Company' name is the orders forwarder.


Note: Any inaccuracies may result in no or incorrect results.



  1. Add button becomes enabled. Click on the Add button.



  1. The input text displayed with the chosen option.



  1. Click on the Apply button.



  1. Now, in all filters list, only orders by the specified forwarder company name are shown. Refers to article for details: What are the different 'Unassigned Orders', and what do they mean?



Remember: If the forwarder company name is updated, old orders can only be searched by the old company name. New company names will not search for those orders.
