How to search orders by 'pickup address' for all 'Unassigned Orders' list

This guide offers a quick overview of how to search orders by 'pickup address' for all filters list.

Introduction:

Dropboy provides an advanced search feature where you can search for orders based on the pickup address. This means that if your input matches the pickup orders' addresses, those specific orders will be shown for all 'Unassigned Orders' list.

Steps:

Open the web-portal and log in.

Navigate to the Dispatching tab and click on it.

Click on the Advance Search icon.

Advance Search window popup is opened.

Click on the Search dropdown.

Choose Address (pickup)' under the Pickup section.

Input field becomes enabled.

Enter the address. For example: 'Roskildevej 52A 2000 Frederiksberg'

Note: If your address input fully matches, it will be displayed; otherwise, it won't.

Add button becomes enabled. Click on the Add button.

The input text displayed with the chosen option.

Click on the Apply button.
