Dropboy allows you to search for orders using the 'requistion number', which is simply the any number or combination of characters you give to an order when creating it. This is helpful when you want to see orders from various 'Unassigned Orders' list based on their 'requistion number'.
Steps:
- Open the web-portal and log in.
- Navigate to the Dispatching tab and click on it.
- Click on the Advance Search icon.
- Advance Search window popup is opened.
- Click on the Search dropdown.
- Choose 'Requistion number' under the Order references section.
- Input field becomes enabled.
- Enter the accurate 'Requistion number'. For example: 'AB123456789'.
- Add button becomes enabled. Click on the Add button.
- The input text displayed with the chosen option.
- Click on the Apply button.
