How to search orders within any of the 'Unassigned Orders' list by 'order name'
This guide offers a quick overview of how to search orders within any of the 'Unassigned Orders' list by 'order name'.
Introduction:
Dropboy provides a feature to search for orders in all 'Unassigned Orders' list by 'Order name'. This is helpful when you have multiple orders in the filter list, allowing you to sort specific orders based on your order name.
Open the web-portal and log in.
If unfamiliar, follow this article: How to login in to the Dropboy web application
Navigate to the Dispatching tab and click on it.
Click on the Unassigned Orders list dropdown.
Click on any Unassigned Orders list.
For example, you choose the 'Unassigned' order list.
The 'Unassigned' orders list will be opened.
Find the Search field above order list.
Click on Search field (Enter address)
You can search for orders by their complete Order name or even by a single/some character. Matching addresses, including those where the character appears anywhere in the order name, will be displayed.
