How to unassign orders from the 'Tasks List' using the drag-and-drop feature

This guide offers a quick overview of how to unassign orders from the 'Tasks List' using the drag-and-drop feature.

Steps:

Open the web portal and log in.

If unfamiliar, follow this article: How to login in to the Dropboy web application

Navigate to the Dispatching tab and click on it.

Click on any vehicle under 'Vehicle List'. E.g 'DB_Vehicle_02'. The 'Tasks List' is showing.

Select checkboxes of orders to assign to another vehicle, e.g., 'Demo-A2B-1' and 'Demo-A2B-2' tasks.

Position your cursor over the any order detail area.

Click and hold the 'order' to move Unassigned orders list under Filters.

Release your click on that Unassigned orders list. The orders will be moved in the Unassigned orders list.
