Rules for entering data into the Receiver and Delivery section columns
There are twenty-three columns that belong to the Receiver and Delivery section: destinationCompanyName, destinationAttention, destinationAddress, destinationExtraInfo, destinationZipCode, destinationCity, destinationContryCode, destinationCoordinatesLat, destinationCoordinatesLng, destinationEmail, destinationPhonePrefix, destinationPhoneNumber, destinationTimeWindowStart, destinationTimeWindowEnd, destinationTimeWindowLock, destinationComments, destinationSendPod, destinationSendSMS, destinationSmsSettingsDriveNow, destinationSmsSettingsDeliverOrder, destinationSmsSettingsDeliverOrderFailed and destinationSmsSettingsTaskStatus.
- The destinationCompanyName column is used to enter the name of the company receiving the shipment. if no value is entered, it will default to no value.

- The destinationAttention column is used to enter the name of the receiver contact person. if no value is entered, it will default to no value.

- The destinationAddress column is used to enter street name and number of the delivery order address. This column is mandatory and cannot be left empty, and there is no default value.

- The destinationExtraInfo column is used to enter any additional information related delivery address. if no value is entered, it will default to no value.

- The destinationZipCode column is used to enter the receiver zip code. its a mandatory column with no default value.

- The destinationCity column is used to enter the receiver city. its a mandatory column with no default value.

- The destinationContryCode column is used to enter country code. if no value is entered, it will default to no value.
Recommended to be filled with the sender's 2-letter country code. Examples: Denmark: DK, Germany: DE, Sweden: SE, Norway: NO, United Kingdom: UK and USA: US

- The destinationCoordinatesLat column is used to enter the latitude of the receiver location. if no value is entered, it will default to no value.

- The destinationCoordinatesLng column is used to enter the longitude of the receiver location. if no value is entered, it will default to no value.

- The destinationEmail column is used to enter receiver email address. if no value is entered, it will default to no value.

- The destinationPhonePrefix column is used to enter the country code of the receiver phone number, without phone number digits. if no value is entered, it will default to no value.

- The destinationPhoneNumber column is used to enter the sender's phone number without the country code. if no value is entered, it will default to no value.

- The destinationTimeWindowStart

- destinationTimeWindowEnd
columns are used to specify the start and end date/time for pickup order. Format should be "YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS". if no value is entered, it will default to no value.


1) if you don't choose time from both of them, it means the driver can pick up or deliver the order at any time. 2) If you enter time in only first column, it means the driver can pick up/deliver the order after the mentioned time. 3) If you enter time in only second column, it means the driver can pick up/deliver the order before the selected time. 4) If you enter time both column, it means the driver can pick up/deliver the order between the time.
- The destinationTimeWindowLock column indicates if the driver must strictly meet the specified delivery time window (set to "1" for strict adherence). if no value is entered, it will default to no value.

- The destinationComments column is used to enter any additional comments related to the receiver order. if no value is entered, it will default to no value.

- The destinationSendPod column can have one of the two values: "'TRUE" or "'FALSE". if no value is entered, the default value will be considered as "FALSE".
This column is used to indicate whether a "Proof of Delivery" (POD) email should be sent to the recipient upon delivery. Email include POD, signature, and picture for verification that the order was delivered successfully.

- The destinationSendSMS column is set to "TRUE", it indicates that the SMS service will be enabled. "FALSE" means SMS service will be disable. if no value is entered, the default value will be considered as "FALSE".

- The destinationSmsSettingsDriveNow column value is set to"TRUE" means that an SMS notification will be sent to the recipient when the trip starts. "FALSE" value means SMS notifications are disabled. if no value is entered, the default value will be considered as "FALSE".

- The destinationSmsSettingsDeliverOrder column value is set to"TRUE" means that an SMS notification will be sent to the recipient when the delivery task is completed. "FALSE" value means SMS notifications are disabled. if no value is entered, the default value will be considered as "FALSE".

- The destinationSmsSettingsDeliverOrderFailed is set to "TRUE," it indicates that an SMS notification will be sent to the recipient when the delivery task is failed. if no value is entered, the default value will be considered as "FALSE".

- Then destinationSmsSettingsTaskStatus column is set to "TRUE", it indicates that an SMS notification will be sent to customers when any task announcement is required. "FALSE" value means SMS notifications are disabled. if no value is entered, the default value will be considered as "FALSE".
