Rules for entering data into the Sender and Pickup section columns


This guide will provide you with a quick overview of the columns in the Sender and Pickup section columns.


Please read instructions carefully for each case-sensitive column, as specific values are provided within double quotes. For other columns, feel free to enter values in any case.


There are eighteen columns that belong to the general information section: originCompanyName, originAttention, originAddress, originExtraInfo, originZipCode, originCity, originContryCode, originCoordinatesLat, originCoordinatesLng, originEmail, originPhonePrefix, originPhoneNumber, originSendSMS, originTimeWindowStart, originTimeWindowEnd, originTimeWindowLock, originComments and originSendPod.


  1. The originCompanyName column is used to enter the name of sender company. if no value is entered, it will default to no value.

  1. The originAttention column is used to enter the name of the sender's contact person. if no value is entered, it will default to no value.

  1. The originAddress column is used to enter the street name and number of the pickup order address. its a mandatory column with no default value.

  1. The originExtraInfo column is used to enter any additional information related to the pickup address. if no value is entered, it will default to no value.

  1. The originZipCode column is used to enter the shipper zip code. its a mandatory column with no default value.

  1. The originCity column is used to enter the shipper city name. its a mandatory column with no default value.

  1. The originContryCode column is used to enter country code. if no value is entered, it will default to no value.


Recommended to be filled with the sender's 2-letter country code. Examples: Denmark: DK, Germany: DE, Sweden: SE, Norway: NO, United Kingdom: UK and USA: US

  1. The originCoordinatesLat column is used to enter the latitude of the sender's location. if no value is entered, it will default to no value.

  1. The originCoordinatesLng column is used to enter the longitude of the sender's location. if no value is entered, it will default to no value.

  1. The originEmail column is used to enter shipper email address. if no value is entered, it will default to no value.

  1. The originPhonePrefix column is used to enter the country code of the sender's phone number, without phone number digits. if no value is entered, it will default to no value.

  1. The originPhoneNumber column is used to enter the sender's phone number without the country code. if no value is entered, it will default to no value.

  1. The originSendSMS column can have one of the two values: "'TRUE" or "'FALSE". if no value is entered, the default value will be considered as "false".


TRUE value enable the SMS service, which sends SMS notifications to the recipient about the 'task status' and 'DriveNow'. FALSE value means SMS service is not enabled.

  1. The originTimeWindowStart

  1. originTimeWindowEnd columns are used to specify the start and end date/time for pickup order. Format should be "YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS". if no value is entered, it will default to no value.


1) if you don't choose time from both of them, it means the driver can pick up or deliver the order at any time. 2) If you enter time in only first column, it means the driver can pick up/deliver the order after the mentioned time. 3) If you enter time in only second column, it means the driver can pick up/deliver the order before the selected time. 4) If you enter time both column, it means the driver can pick up/deliver the order between the time.

  1. The originTimeWindowLock column indicates the driver must strictly meet the specified time (set to "1" for strict adherence). if no value is entered, it will default to no value.

  1. The originComments column is used to enter any additional comments related to the pickup order. if no value is entered, it will default to no value.

  1. The originSendPod column can have one of the two values: "'TRUE" or "'FALSE". if no value is entered, the default value will be considered as "false".


True means "Proof of Delivery" (POD) email will be send to the recipient upon delivery. Email include POD, signature, and picture for verification that the order was delivered successfully.
