Rules for entering data into the General Information section columns
This guide will provide you with a quick overview of the columns in the General Information section.
There are eight columns that belong to the general information section: contractKey, ordertype, pickuped, orderNumber, requisition, price, paidBy, and routingTags.
- The contractKey column requires a key to be entered. This key is utilized when you have networks and you want to forward your order to your subcontractor. if no value is entered, it will default to no value.

- The orderType column can have one of the two values: "distribution" or "adhoc", and if no value is entered, the default value will be "distribution".
"distribution" represents a Via Hub order type, while "adhoc" represents an A to B order type, similar to selecting the order type when creating an order manually

- The pickuped column can have one of the two values: "'TRUE" or "'FALSE". if no value is entered, the default value will be considered as "false".
True in pickuped column creates only delivery order, false creates both pickup and delivery orders. True indicates that the shipment has already been picked up.

- The orderNumber column requires you to enter a order name. its a mandatory column with no default value.

- The requisition column requires you to enter a number, and if no value is entered, it will default to no value.
The requisition value allows for easy searchability within the platform and is commonly utilized to display internal order or customer IDs. i.e = 2194876-90934959

- The price column is used to enter the price of the order. if no value is entered, it will default to no value.

- The paidBy column requires the input of a company name, customer name, or customer ID. if no value is entered, it will default to no value.
The purpose of this column is to indicate who is responsible for paying for the orders. its typically used when you are working with subcontractors or hauliers.

- The routingTags column requires a value to help sort orders based on the routing ruleset. if no value is entered, it will default to no value.
routingTags value can be used in routing rule while creating ruleset, the order will merge with that routing rule. it can be help for sorting and organizing orders based on routing rules.
