What is the purpose of the 'Failed' list

This guide provides a quick overview of the purpose of the 'Failed' list.

Introduction:

Dropboy provides a 'Failed' list, which represents orders that are marked failed by the driver. The reason for the failed mark could be anything; the order is not found at the location, or it could be anything. When the driver marks the order as failed, that order moves to this 'Failed' list. You can view how many orders are in that list.
