Guide: Getting an overview of the Dropboy app

Login
You log in using your email and password as defined on your user in the Dropboy platform. If you don't know your login details you can either try to reset the password or contact your administrator.
If you have forgotten your password, you can have a new password generated and sent to your email by tapping on the "Reset password" link. Here you fill in the email you use for logging in and then tap on the "Reset password" button.
Dashboard
The Dashboard section is where you can see what route you are assigned to and will find optional features such as.
Track Journey
"Track Journey" will let you see the geo locations saved by the app the last 24 hours.
Route Lookup
"Route lookup" will let you scan a parcel barcode and provide you the trip details for that specific colli.
Scan and Update History
"Scan and update history" will let you scan a parcel barcode and send an update to the order history for that specific colli.
The comment history update will includes time Date, time, username and geo location.

Task
The Task section is where you can find and complete your trips. This is by far the biggest section of the app.
My Tasks
"My tasks" is the default view of the Task section. Here you can see what trips are assigned to you on the selected date, by selecting a date. The date can be changed in the top right corner.
In the top left corner you can see that the app is tracking your location, enabling your hauler or dispatcher to see where you are located.
Task view
Tapping on a Task in the "Task" view, you get to the "Task Details". This view is a list of orders that need to be completed as part of that specific stop.
Here you can see what trips are assigned to you by selecting a date. The date can be changed in the top right corner.
In the top left corner you can see that the app is tracking your location, enabling your hauler or dispatcher to see where you are located.
Each stop in the list is represented by a card. Here is the breakdown how cards are structured:

Stop sequence No. (waypoint)
Company name and Address
Timewindow
Estimated Time of Arrival (or Actual Time of Completion if the stop is completed)
Navigate to stop (only shown active for the next stop in the list)
Update task

Tapping on the map icon will open a map view of the trip.
Tap on a stop and view the Stop number and address.
Load Vehicle and start your trip
Before leaving the hub, you must load the vehicle.
Please follow the next 5 steps to do so.
Load you vehicle. To activate loading please click on the Load All icon

Load HUB shows that it is finalised and the ETD (Estimated Time of Deliver) is recalculated based on the time you activated Drive Now.

Task Details view
Tapping on a Task in the "Task view" takes you to the "Stop Details view". Here you can see the detailed information about the stop, as well as any instructions and cargo item(s) that needs to be registered. This is also where you get the signature from a customer, add comments and take pictures related to the stop.
In the view you can see:
Lable sequence & Order No. (waypoint)
Company name and City
Register Cargo Items (for Quality Assurance registrations)
Scan cargo update (only available when barcode exist and amount equals 1 per barcode)
Manual cargo update (for Quality Assurance registrations)
Slide to open door (will scan for doors when a digitial key has been assigned to the address)
Slide to Complete
Add Pictures
Comments (for adding comments)
Signature and name
Register Cargo Items
When you need to make specific registrations on cargo item level, it can be done in the "Manual" view.
When scanning, the app will always assume that the item is successfully picked up/delivered and therefore you can just continuously scan each item.
To register a Cargo Item without using the scanner, you simply tap on the item. Here you will be presented with a view where you can select if you successfully picked up/delivered the Cargo Item. You can also add registrations if there is something to report, such as a damage to the item or similar.
Signature
Use this view to get a signature from recipients.
More view
The "More view" gives you access to:
Your profile
Create Order
Notifications
The log out button
Your Profile
In your profile you can find:
Your profile (just tap on the pencil to edit you name or picture in the top right)
Navigation mode (Select between using Google og Apple maps for navgation)*
Check the app's status here. If you can't access Dropboy, chat or report issues
