How to configure to get email notifications for missed routing rules

Introduction:
Dropboy offers email notifications to keep you informed if an order lands in Unassigned and is not handled by a routing rule or if an order is unassigned due to a system error. If you do not want to receive notifications, you can follow this article to configure your notification settings.
Steps:
- Open the web portal and log in.
- Click on the profile icon.
- Click on the **'My Profile' **option.
- You will be navigated to the 'My Profile' page.
- Click on the edit icon in the 'Language' section to open the Preferences.
- The Preferences popup will open.
If you want to receive email notifications about orders not handled by a routing rule.
- Choose "Always" option and save the changes.
If you want to receive error-related email notifications for unassigned orders due to system issues.
- Choose "On error" and save the changes.
If you don't want to receive any email notifications.
- Choose "Never" option save the changes.
