Dropboy provides an edit functionality that allows you to change auto-forwarding option of your routing rules.


Steps:


  1. Open the web portal and log in.

  1. Navigate to the Operation tab, then select the Routing Rules sub-tab.



  1. Click the edit button.

  1. The Routing Rule form will open.


  1. Scroll down to the bottom of the form, and you'll find the 'Send order to' dropdown option. You can change the option as needed.
