How to edit company details and settings

This guide offers a quick overview of how to edit company details.

To edit company details and settings, you need to have the Admin user role. If you don't have this role, please contact the Admin user for further assistance.

Steps:



Open the web portal and log in.

If unfamiliar, follow this article: How to login in to the Dropboy web application

Navigate to the Settings tab, then select the Company sub-tab. There are five section needs to put information.



There are three edit icons available and App Preference enable/disable buttom.



Click on the first edit icon to add/update company details such as the company logo, comany address/contact details, company banner, company name, company description and save the changes.



Click on the second edit icon to change the module. You can select one of these options: Transportbuyer, Transportbuyer with fleet, or Hauler. Save the changes.



You can enable or disable the following app preferences options: Picture required, GPS tracking enforced, and Delivery sequence enforced.



Click on the fourth edit icon to update/remove the template of Trace and Track brand's background color and save the changes.



Click on the fifth edit icon to update/remove the template of Trace and Track brand's logo and save the changes.
