How to enter profile details

This guide offers a quick overview of how to enter profile details.

Steps:

Open the web portal and log in.

If unfamiliar, follow this article: How to login in to the Dropboy web application

Click on the profile icon.



Click on the 'My Profile' option.



You will be navigated to the 'My Profile' page.



Click on the edit icon located in the profile details section to open the* Profile details form**.



Click on the camera icon and select the desired picture from your device.

Note:** Company email address** and your assigned company phone number are not changeable.

If desired, update your name in the "Name" field.
Enter your address in the 'Street', 'Postcode', and 'City' fields.
Enter your private phone number in the 'prefix' and 'phone number' fields.
Enter your** private email address** in 'email' field
Click on the save button to save the changes.
