Introduction About Modules:
Dropboy provides modules for different functionalities based on your requirements: 'Transportbuyer', 'Transportbuyer with fleet', and 'Hauler'. Each module offers specific features such as order management, order dispatching, or a combination of both. Let's explore these modules in detail.
Read the following information to understand modules:
1. Transportbuyer
The 'Transportbuyer' module in Dropboy is designed for order management. Transportbuyers do not have their own vehicles and depend on Hauler companies for order dispatching. When Forwarding orders, Transportbuyers can choose a hauler company from a dropdown menu. However, if a Transportbuyer is not linked with any hauler company under the Networks tab, they will not have any options available in the dropdown menu for order Forwarding.
2. Transportbuyer with fleet
The 'Transportbuyer with fleet' module in Dropboy serves the purpose of order management and dispatching. In this module, users have their own fleet of vehicles for order dispatching. Additionally, they have the flexibility to forward orders to other hauler companies if necessary, establishing a link with them. To ensure a smooth Forwarding process, it is crucial to link the module with the Network tab, which enables the visibility of hauler company options.
3. Hauler
The 'Hauler' module in Dropboy is similar to the 'Transportbuyer with fleet' module. It provides users with the option to manage order dispatching and logistics more comprehensively. Hauler companies have their own fleet of vehicles and a well-established distribution system. They have the flexibility to forward orders to other hauler companies if needed, establishing a link with them. To ensure a seamless Forwarding process, it is important to link the module with the Network tab, as it enables the visibility of hauler company options.
