What are the different statuses of tasks and their meanings

This guide offers a quick overview of what the different statuses of tasks are and their meanings.

Introduction:

Dropboy provides different statuses when drivers complete tasks on mobile applications. These statuses are shown on both the Dropboy web application and the mobile application, helping driver and admin understand how tasks are completed whether fully completed, partially, or if they fail. There are also additional statuses if a driver doesn't complete a task by a specific date. When you see these statuses, you'll understand the information related to each task. Let's explore these statuses further.

There are four statuses and their different meanings they are shown for any task under the task list.

1. Fully Completed (shown with a 'Green tick' on the task)

On the task, a green tick means the driver has successfully completed all items for any task(pickup or delivery).

2. Partially Completed (shown with a 'Yellow tick' on the task)

On the task, a yellow tick means the driver has completed task(pickup or delivery). However, some items are not picked up or delivered due to missed, damaged, or other reasons, indicating that it's partially completed.

3. Failed (indicated by a 'Red cross' on the task)

On the task, a Red Cross means the driver has not completed task(pickup or delivery), indicating that the task has failed fully due to any reason.

4. Pending (indicated by a 'Question mark' on the task)

On the task, a question mark means the driver has not touched the task(pickup or delivery), indicating that the task has not been attended to by the driver.
