What is the stop number and how to view stops on orders and the map

This guide offers a quick overview about stop numbers / path and how to view stops and path on orders and the map.

Introduction:

Dropboy assigns a stop number for every order that you assign to any vehicle. The stop numbers are automatically assigned and start from 1, then 2, 3, 4, and so on. These stop numbers help you view the locations and paths on the map by associating them with stop numbers.

Steps:

Open the web-portal and log in.

Navigate to the Dispatching tab and click on it.

Click on the any vehicle. E.g: 'DB_Vehicle_02'

The 'DB_Vehicle_02' vehicle trip list opens. Keep an eye on the map as well.

Observe on orders, and there is a location icon under which there is a stop number.

Based on these stop numbers, you can see on the map the location of your orders. Additionally, lines and paths are connected between stop numbers, allowing you to visualize the routes.

If the path and lines are not showing between stop numbers on the map, follow this article: How to enable or disable trips path or lines on the map
