How can I see the completed tasks and total count of tasks of a specific vehicle
This guide offers a quick overview of how can I see the total count of tasks and completed tasks of a specific vehicle.
Introduction:
Dropboy provides a feature where you can see the count of completed tasks and the total task count on any vehicle. This way, you can easily be aware of how many tasks are completed out of the total tasks for any vehicle driver, quickly and at any time.
Open the web portal and log in.
If unfamiliar, follow this article: How to login in to the Dropboy web application
Navigate to the Dispatching tab and click on it.
Go to the vehicle list and focus on any vehicle.
Focus on the vehicle where any task is assigned. If you are unfamiliar with how to assign tasks, follow this article: How to assign orders to a vehicle from the 'Unassigned Orders' using the drag-and-drop feature
For example, focus on 'DB_Vehicle_02'.
Observe that there is a (3/7) count on the top right side of the vehicle.
3/7 (Completed Tasks / Total Tasks) means that 3 tasks are completed out of 7 tasks. There are 7 tasks listed under the task list.
Lets check under task list of 'DB_Vehicle_02' vehicle.
Click on the 'DB_Vehicle_02' vehicle.
The 'Tasks List' will open,
Look that only these 3 tasks are completed by driver with different statuses.
